Section 2: Narrative

St. Bartholomew utilized two parish facilitators to conduct small group discussions. Methods of obtaining answers to the four questions included announcements placed in Sunday bulletins, questions with envelopes were placed in a basket at the rear of the church, individuals were randomly selected for personal phone calls, email messages were sent to several parishioners, meetings were held with various church organizations and a zoom meeting was scheduled. The responses to these efforts were not as great as had been anticipated. Total small group meetings scheduled: 3, total participant count- 25.

1. The Church fails to optimize the talents of both sexes and utilize the gifts of diversity within the Church.
